I signed up a few days ago and I wanted to say that so far your customer support has been excellent. I would like to especially compliment Stephen as he has handled all my requests. I have used other companies in the past, and although they were nearly 10 times as expensive, their support wasn't even half as good as yours. Please keep up the good work, I will be recommending you to my friends and colleagues.

As a web developer I have dealt with tons of hosting companies & registrars and I have to say that Kionic has been by far the best. After recently signing up for a reseller account with Kionic, I had a really nightmarish experience with one of my registrars when trying to get them to register my name servers. The support guys at Kionic were great--they explained every DNS backend issue to me, made helpful suggestions, and even allowed me to transfer my reseller account to a new domain (purchased through a different registrar) at no extra charge. Considering that the whole issue was due to another company's ineptitude and apathy I was delighted with Kionic's patient, honest, and generous response to my needs. To my delight they even followed up AFTER the problem had been resolved.
Kionic Support Staff, I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for all the excellent support that you have given me. During the first month or two of there were a few issues which arose that made me question whether you were the Web Presence Provider I should stay with. I realize that most of, if not all of these issues were my fault in one way or the other. I just wanted to let you know that I am very pleased with the service and support given to me.
